At JADO Clothing, every item is made to order by a dad-and-son team. We work hard to ensure your order is created, packed, and delivered safely. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping methods, prices, and delivery times.
1. Order Processing Time
All JADO items are made to order.
Please allow up to 14 days for production during busy periods or around school commitments before your order is dispatched.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Costs
We aim to keep our shipping simple and affordable:

Standard UK Shipping: £3.95 (flat rate)

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.
3. Shipping Methods
We use trusted UK delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely:
Royal Mail
Used primarily for smaller parcels and lighter items.
Evri or Yodel
Used for larger parcels or when they provide the most reliable service at the time of dispatch.
We choose the best option per order to ensure speed and reliability.
All items are sent via tracked delivery where possible.
4. Free Local Delivery
We offer free delivery for customers located in the following areas surrounding our workshop:

Local deliveries are typically dropped off within a few days after your order is completed.
You will receive an email or message confirming when your delivery is on the way.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

Royal Mail: 2–5 working days

Evri / Yodel: 2–4 working days

Local Delivery: Within a few days of completion
Please note: delays may occur due to postal service issues, holidays, strikes, or extreme weather — but we always try to keep you updated.
6. Tracking Your Order
Tracking information (where available) will be emailed to you once your parcel has been shipped.
If you do not receive tracking details, your order may have been sent via a non-tracked service for smaller items.
7. Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering.
We cannot refund packages that are lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
8. Missing, Delayed, or Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
