At JADO, every order is made to order by a dad-and-son team, with care and attention put into every item. If something isnāt right, weāre here to help.
Overview
Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.
If 14 days have passed, weāre unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In its original condition

In its original packaging
-
Non-personalised (custom or personalised items cannot be returned)

Returned within 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for paying return postage unless we have made an error.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Personalised or custom-made items

Items not in their original condition (damaged or missing parts not due to our error)

Items returned after 14 days

Sale items
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@jadoclothing.co.uk within 14 days.
You can choose either:

A full refund, or
-
A replacement item
In these cases, we will cover the return postage.
Exchanges (Sizing Issues)
If you ordered the wrong size, weāre happy to help.
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, provided the item:

Is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

Is returned within 14 days

Is not personalised
Customers are responsible for return postage for size exchanges.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you havenāt received a refund after 14 days of approval, please:

Made-to-Order Notice
All JADO items are made to order, crafted individually by a dad-and-son team.
Please allow up to 14 days for production before dispatch during busy periods or around school commitments.
